Queso Gouda T-15 / Gouda Cheese T-15

Queso semi-duro, sin corteza, de sabor suave y  color amarillo claro. Textura de masa cerrada con algunos ojos pequeños, uniformes y bien distribuidos. De masa firme pero flexible, laminable.

Semihard rindless cheese, with a mild flavor and light  yellow color. Uniform texture, with evenly distributed small eyes. Firm but flexible curd, sliceable.
